• Explore and purchase passes to gyms, studios, and other fitness facilities.
• Access content and insights related to health, fitness, and wellness.
• Connect, interact, and share content with creators and other community members.

We are not a fitness facility or health provider. We do not own or operate gyms listed on koPo and are not responsible for the services provided by third parties.

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary.

• Purchases of gym passes or memberships through koPo are subject to fees displayed at checkout.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, credits, or transfers are at the discretion of the facility or koPo.
• koPo is not liable for the condition, safety, or availability of third-party facilities.

• You may post reviews, comments, and other content (“User Content”).
• You retain ownership of your content but grant koPo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• koPo reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

• koPo does not provide medical advice.
• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
• Participation in any fitness activity is at your own risk. koPo is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health outcomes related to use of the Services.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using koPo, you consent to this collection and use.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using koPo at any time by deleting your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, koPo and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Services.
• Third-party facilities, services, or content.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be effective upon posting in the App or website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction(s).
